BHT Board

Our Board members are true change agents who support visionary actions. They represent the multifaceted nature of our region’s health care—rural and urban, public and private, health plans and health systems and social determinants of health organizations. The Board prioritizes input from our Technical Councils and Collaboratives to drive our vision to be the healthiest region in the state. Above all, they are champions for healthy people and thriving communities.

The BHT Board receives policy recommendations from the Technical Councils. They are the final decision for Medicaid Transformation Projects.

Technical Councils

Each Technical Council is co-chaired by a Board member and a community member. These groups make policy recommendations to the Board, and receive feedback from Collaboratives on proposed policy.

Collaboratives

The Collaboratives are comprised of Health System and Social Determinant Partnering Providers serving as the activation network for Transformation Projects.

  1. Spokane Collaborative

  2. Rural Collaboratives

Our Decision Making Process

Leadership Council

**Based on community feedback, and in consideration of the ever-evolving work of the Medicaid Transformation, as of December 31, 2018 the Leadership Council has officially ended. Thank you to all of you who participated and made this a great resource.**

Moving forward, our monthly email newsletter will serve as the method for providing information and updates about the six county Collaboratives, Technical Councils, and all other BHT activities.
