Heather Gallagher

Managing Director, Access to Baby & Child Dentistry

Heather joined the Arcora Foundation in 2021 as the Managing Director for the Access to Baby & Child Dentistry Program (ABCD). Before she joined the Foundation, Heather was already familiar with the work and mission. She started her journey with ABCD as a coordinator in Spokane. In addition to ABCD, Heather has managed multiple programs with a focus on early supports for children and families. She is thrilled to be part of a team who get jazzed up about oral health access and equity!

Heather is a graduate of Whitworth University’s Social Services program. Her passion is public health and serving others through mentoring, advocacy, and empowerment.

Outside of work, Heather volunteers her time as a court-appointed special advocate for children. She loves hosting family dinners and hanging out in the backyard or at the lake with her husband and kids. With seven kids, there is never a dull moment to be had!
