Catherine Seneviratne

Sr. Program Manager, Prevention

Catherine Seneviratne joined Arcora in 2024 to lead the Foundation’s prevention programs. This includes our Healthy Behaviors and Local Impact Networks (LIN) work. Throughout her career, Catherine has been committed to community-driven collaboration and locally led solutions. She is excited to deepen that commitment at Arcora and work with partners to address their community’s oral health needs.

Before joining Arcora, Catherine led operations for a Community Information Exchange initiative and oversaw the management of a community-based resource directory at HealthierHere. She also spent more than a decade in global health-leading operations, new initiatives, and capacity building across Eastern and Southern Africa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in human rights from the University of Manchester (UK).

Catherine is a life-long Seattleite and member of the Rainier Valley community. When she is not working, Catherine is restocking her Little Free Puzzle Library, planning campervan trips with her husband, and assisting her son with his epic LEGO builds.
