Gracemarie Cepero Lopez

Associate Program Officer, Access

Gracemarie is a community‑focused advocate committed to expanding oral health equity. As Associate Program Officer for Access, she supports the Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) program across western Washington, strengthening relationships with local coordinators, providers, and regional partners. Her commitment to this work is rooted in her experience serving community health organizations in Alabama, where she witnessed how access: to food, transportation, employment, and care, shaped health outcomes.

Before joining Arcora, Gracemarie worked as a medical assistant at a federally qualified health center, eventually serving as interim team lead in a family medicine clinic. She also served as the bilingual Affordable Care Act navigator for AIDS Alabama, a statewide HIV health and housing nonprofit, supporting underserved communities, especially Latine immigrants in rural areas—in navigating Marketplace coverage.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

A new Washington resident, Gracemarie, enjoys exploring the Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula. When the weather cools, she loves gathering friends to cook meals and watch delightfully questionable reality TV.
