Heather Gallagher
Senior Program Manager, Access
Heather Gallagher leads Arcora Foundation’s access programs and public-private partnerships, including DentistLink and Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD). Since joining the Foundation in 2021 as the managing director for ABCD, Heather has brought a unique perspective and passion to her role. Her connection to the program is deeply personal. She first encountered ABCD when her own children were enrolled, which ignited her dedication to the mission. Over the years, Heather transitioned from a local ABCD coordinator in Spokane to managing a range of programs to support children and families.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Social Service from Whitworth University, Heather is deeply committed to public health and servant leadership. She thrives on making a difference in oral health access and equity and is enthusiastic about being part of a team that shares this commitment.
When she’s not working, Heather enjoys traveling, brunching, and soaking up quality moments in the backyard or by the lake with her husband, kids, and their beloved dog, Lucy.
