Min Song
Senior Director of Community Partnerships
Min personally experienced the financial and emotional effects oral disease can have on family members. She is passionate about bringing her community engagement experience to lead and support Arcora’s partnerships rooted in racial equity. The work Min leads as senior director of community partnerships includes:
- Children’s programs and Tribal relations.
- Community water fluoridation.
- Continuing dental education.
- The diversity, equity, and inclusion program.
- Healthy behaviors.
- Local impact networks.
- Medical-dental integration.

- Social determinants of health.
Born and raised in Seattle and a proud daughter of immigrants, Min brings years of experience in community engagement, organizational and program development, strategic planning, and grant-making. Her career has been rooted in eliminating inequities to produce positive health outcomes for refugee, immigrant, and BIPOC community members. Her diverse background in leading community outreach statewide includes initiatives focused on civic engagement, social justice, and economic prosperity for our community members furthest from opportunities. She designed a nationally recognized access to employment and community services program for newly arriving refugees, rooted in a foundation of equity and economic justice.
Before joining Arcora, Min served as the senior director of community services with Pioneer Human Services and as chief operating officer at the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County.
In her spare time, Min likes hiking, crafting, or trying to master new board games.
