Sean Pickard

Government Relations Director

Sean Pickard is the Director of Government Relations for Delta Dental of Washington and works closely with Arcora Foundation on policy development and coordination.

He joined then-named-Washington Dental Service in 1996, and is responsible for government and regulatory activities at the state and federal level.

Before joining Delta Dental of Washington, Sean held legislative assistant positions in Washington D.C. for eight years with Congressman Al Swift and House Speaker Thomas Foley.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Washington. Sean completed the Executive Leadership Program at Seattle University in 2013.

Sean is an avid sports fan with a special passion for soccer as a player and coach for local clubs in Snohomish County. He is a fanatic supporter of the Seattle Sounders FC.
