You’ve heard us talk about it, and now it’s here! We are excited to launch the TA Bank for our Learning Cohort members. This “bank” of subject matter experts is available to help providers with questions related to completing and implementing their Transformation Plans.

You can request technical assistance (TA) using the simple online form here:

TA is available in the following areas:

• Registries & Tracking Tools: including development, tools/technology

• Organizational Development: including change management, growth management, organizational culture

• Workflow: including team roles, best practices, building workflows

• Other: let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to fill your request

After you’ve submitted your request, a BHT team member or consultant will reach out to you with next steps. Please allow a few business days for us to complete.
